My local knife store sells two versions of the Wakui 240mm gyuto. I'm thinking of picking either one up when I change jobs soon. Is there any difference between the two? They are both White 2 cladded in SS. I can't find any information besides that they're different finishes. Not to mention the Nashiji finish version is $20 less too.
