Always got paid correctly, they supported you when needed and you got your on site training so you knew what you were doing.Pros. The work itself is easy and rewarding. The pay is fair for what we do. Cons. Management will routinely schedule officers to work 16 hour shifts, give no notice, release the schedule the day before it begins, and ignores sexual harassment.
